Our Policies
•Our Refund and Return Policy is designed to ensure a smooth and hassle-free experience for all our customers.
•All products that are a part of the Festive and Party Collection are not eligible for return, unless there is a valid case of defect in the product.
•Products sold during a sale which we run from time to time, e.g. Valentine’s day sale, Women’s day sale, Summer sale, Independence day sale are not eligible for return, unless there is a valid case of defect in the product.
•All products undergo stringent quality review process before being marked as fit for sale, but if a defect is still noticed, please email us on info@elleishka.in and we shall take it up on a case to case basis. In every case we would need a video of the unpacking of the product to establish that defect was not deliberately caused to make it eligible for return and refund.
•Customers must notify of any defect us by emailing to us on info@elleishka.in within 48 hours of receiving the order with clear photos and order details so our team can verify the issue. Once the request is approved, the product must be returned in its original condition, unused, and with all packaging intact. Refunds will be processed only after we receive and inspect the returned item, and the amount will be credited to the original mode of payment within the standard processing time.
•Please note that customized, personalized, and used products are not eligible for returns or refunds. In cases where a refund is not applicable, we will offer a replacement or store credit based on the situation. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or genuine defect in the product. Our goal is to provide a fair and transparent process while ensuring customer satisfaction at every step.
•In case of situation that the courier is not able to deliver the product because of any reason for e.g.: house is locked, then re-attempt will be made. Two such re-attempts shall be made and in case packet still can’t be delivered then it will be returned back to us. In this scenario you may ask us to:
1. Send the packet (order) back to you. In this scenario inr 300 will be charged extra for the second time that it is sent.
2. Refund the amount: In case you wish to get a refund of the amount you paid for order then inr 200 will be deducted for return charges
