SHIPPING AND DELIVERY POLICY
• Delivery is free for products costing the customer more than INR 1000.00.
• We charge a minimum shipping fee of INR 150/- only for order values not exceeding inr 1000.00.
• Orders are shipped through known courier partners only.
• Orders are shipped within 24-48 hours post order receipt unless there is a long holiday situation / bad weather / civil disturbance, and in that case, you will be kept informed.
• Sometimes there are delays caused in transit due to various issues at the courier company's end. In such circumstances, you can contact us and we will do our best to keep you updated.
• The address you update is the one that the order will be shipped. In case the courier service provider is facing any issues in locating the site of delivery then we or the courier service partner shall connect with you on your number that you update with us for instruction.
• In case of situation that the courier is not able to deliver the product because of any reason for e.g.: house is locked, then re-attempt will be made. Two such re-attempts shall be made and in case packet still can’t be delivered then it will be returned back to us. In this scenario you may ask us to:
1. Send the packet (order) back to you. In this scenario inr 300 will be charged extra for the second time that it is sent.
2. Refund the amount: In case you wish to get a refund of the amount you paid for order then inr 200 will be deducted for return charges
